   Hello, Sustanon is a blend of different testosterone esters. Some of them are long acting, but there are those that are short acting. This is why I would recommend using it AT LEAST 2 times a week, but even that schedule is not enough to maintain stable blood levels. Perfect administration would be every other day, but I recommend at least every 3 days (which means 3 times a week evenly apart). 2 times a week is not enough, but it is the absolute minimum you should use for maintaining at least somewhat stable blood levels. Once a week is definitely not enough allowing fluctuations of Testosterone in the blood and not offering the best results.

   PS: Adjust the dosage per injection according to your planned weekly dosage and the number of injections you decide to run per week.
